My Path to Counselling
My journey to counselling was personal. Following redundancy, I explored holistic massage, where I first encountered the value of counselling skills. Later, during my own experience of therapy, I saw first-hand how transformative counselling could be.
As a client, I overcame personal challenges around self-esteem, relationship patterns, and cultural stigma, which deepened my passion for supporting others facing similar struggles. This personal insight, combined with my professional training, allows me to offer a compassionate, culturally-aware, and highly skilled service to every client I work with.
